The Terre group has specialized in event management and communication for over 20 years.

The group is composed of 5 distinct brands, each with its own expertise and positioning:

• Agence te specialized in creating events and content for brands and companies
• Luxuriaoffers a premium event service for a high-end international private clientele
• Truck Event specializes in the rental of food trucks and atypical vehicles for events and cinema
• Baily Pearl the luxury concierge of the group and looks for unique venues for a high-end private clientele, prestigious brands, or production companies
• La compagnie des rêves is THE reference in event animation: from show creation to decor production

Our organization allows our collaborators to work on very varied event formats: brand activations, influencer events, inaugurations, launches, parties but also all kinds of private events for an ultra VIP international clientele…

Clients: Instagram, Amazon, Meta, Louis Vuitton, Moncler, Armani, Thales, Monaco Yacht Show… but also many international personalities.

We are organized around a creative office, a manufacturing workshop, and a rental warehouse for furniture, tableware, and decoration.

Today, we are looking for a Senior Event Project Manager to develop the clientele of our different brands.

Your missions within the agency:

• Brief intake
• Client support and advice
• Site scouting
• Concept in collaboration with our technical and artistic directions
• Project budget development: structure, costing, and assembly
• Writing recommendations
• Production follow-up: coordination of suppliers, budget monitoring,
• Collaboration with production and logistics teams, supervision on the day
• General coordination
• Administrative follow-up and invoicing
• Competitor analysis in terms of brand strategy and communication
• Prospecting and business development

Must-haves:

• Master’s degree level and minimum 5 years’ experience in project management in an event agency
• Perfect mastery of French and bilingual English; possibly other languages
• Good interpersonal skills, listening and advisory capacity
• Adaptability and autonomy
• Creativity, sense of aesthetics, good knowledge of the latest trends and innovations
• Organizational skills and rigor
• Ability to work in a team and in good spirits
• Availability for events (evenings, weekends, holidays…)

Valued skills:

• Mac proficiency and possibly Photoshop and SketchUp
• Excellent synthesis skills and writing abilities
• Good knowledge of the event sector and all its trades
• Good knowledge of brands and also international private clientele
• Position based in Nice
• Driving license B mandatory
• Salary to discuss
• Fixed-term contract then permanent contract
