As part of a unique collaboration between Amorino, the artisanal gelato brand, and Hôtel Mahfouf, the creative universe of Léna Situations, both brands called on our services to orchestrate a summer tour across France.
The operation took place in four major French cities, with the goal of celebrating summer through new seasonal gelato flavors (cherry, watermelon, lemon, etc.) and a limited-edition collection of swimwear and accessories in the colors of the collaboration.
Ahead of the event, we designed and customized all elements to match the collaboration’s visual identity: branding on Amorino staff gear (caps, aprons, etc.), creation of a tailor-made gelato cart, and the fabrication of a dedicated fitting booth.
On event days, we managed all on-site logistics: transporting the carts, installing the decor, mobilizing staff, and coordinating operations on the ground to ensure everything ran smoothly.
The activation was a great success among the younger audience.
The on-site experience offered an immersive world blending the identities of Amorino and Hôtel Mahfouf. Visitors were immediately immersed in a warm, summery setting, full of floral tones, evoking the carefree spirit of summer holidays.
Festive ambiance, thoughtful details, a carefully crafted visual and olfactory atmosphere, everything was designed to create the illusion of a sun-drenched escape, as if one were enjoying gelato in a dreamy vacation spot.
