On the occasion of the MIPIM, European construction leader Cordeel entrusted us with the organisation of its corporate evening.
The goal: to offer partners an immersive and spectacular experience inspired by the timeless theme of The Great Gatsby.
Set against the backdrop of the Château Saint-Georges nicknamed “the little Versailles of the French Riviera” the event found its natural stage. Its 19th-century architecture, majestic chandeliers, and gilded details provided the perfect setting for an evening that was both sophisticated and daring.
We designed a celebration entirely inspired by the vibrant, glamorous world of the Roaring Twenties blending Art Deco aesthetics, live performances, and immersive scenography.
The château was transformed with a black-and-gold decor, accented with white feathers, pearlescent beads, and sparkling details evoking the spirit of an opulent, avant-garde cabaret.
The evening was meticulously choreographed:
From the scenographed welcome with costumed hostesses, to cocktails in the château’s salons, followed by dinner and a sequence of spectacular performances:
– A bathtub dance show in a retro setting
– A synchronised swimming performance
– A fiery outdoor show
– A live jazz concert with a vocalist
– And finally, a DJ set to close the night in style
Our promise was bold: to dazzle and surprise.
We rose to the challenge by pushing the boundaries of the traditional corporate event, delivering a true narrative experience where every detail played a role in the story. For one unforgettable night, the Château Saint-Georges became a stage worthy of Gatsby himself.
